The Delaware County District Library had three goals that played into their John Cotton Dana award-winning campaign: pass a levy, increase cardholders, and join a 17-member library consortium all while maintaining a consistent and positive brand identity. This time, with zero opportunity for planning, it was a crisis communications tactic of being upfront, clear and transparent that kept the Library’s message on target and ahead of the trolls.
Join this discussion between LMCC President Jennifer E. Burke and DCDL Communications Manager Nicole Fowles as we kick off the 2019 Library Marketing and Communications Conference.
