Accidental Partnerships: Making Your Serendipitous Collaborations More Strategic

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Collaborative opportunities often materialize accidentally and, therefore, are not always strategically planned or executed. During this session, panelists will share their project management, assessment, and funding strategies for transforming preexisting relationships into deliberate, next-level partnerships. Participants will learn how to create mutually beneficial initiatives that last beyond one-off programming and ultimately support their library’s strategic plan. Attendees will be given time to reflect on how to grow or improve their existing partnerships and leave prepared to build a plan that is feasible and adaptable to any library.
