How effective are your public library’s marketing and outreach efforts? Whether you can accurately answer this question or not, the struggle to engage and retain the average person’s attention span is real. Public libraries must put on their business hats and use data to inform marketing strategy and meet customer interests with relevant, personalized messaging. Countless hours are spent preparing great programs, poor turnout or an uniformed key demographic is the last thing we want.
