Jon Jeffryes is the Head of the Professional Programs department at Grand Valley State University Libraries in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role Jon also acts as Strategic Lead for Communications for the University Libraries. Jon also serves as a freelance writer of library marketing stories. Jon has a Masters of Arts in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Grinnell College.
