Kiersten Quilliams’ (she/her) love for learning new things led her to libraries, where she solves new puzzles everyday. Currently a Library Specialist for Grand Valley State University Libraries, she coordinates the User Experience (UX) research for the Grand Rapids Pew Campus libraries, is part of the social media team, and writes for the library publication, "Off the Shelf." Aside from UX, she is passionate about graphic design, accessibility, and how libraries can support non-traditional/adult students.
